Our strengths

Shaped by farmers, Milcobel is a major important Belgian cooperative which remains fully committed to those farmers. As a premium manufacturer, we are known throughout the world for our mozzarella, a vitally important ingredient for the nutrition industry. Over one hundred countries import our cooperative’s dairy ingredients, taking Milcobel products far beyond EU borders. Meanwhile, Milcobel has grown into a household name in the consumer market, as well, producing well-known brands like Brugge Kaas and Nazareth. As a private label player in ice cream production, Milcobel has also developed into a force to be reckoned with, becoming the second largest player in Europe.
